Dr. Brenna Johnson, PT, DPT works with runners, barbell athletes, and hybrid athletes who want to keep training while they get out of pain. She also sees clients who are pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with pelvic floor symptoms.
Brenna earned both her bachelor’s degree and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nazareth University in Rochester, New York, where she ran track for five years. She was an All-American in the long jump and received the NCAA Elite 90 award, given to the athlete with the highest GPA competing at a national championship.
Brenna wants to empower individuals to embrace challenges and pursue their goals and fullest potential with confidence, using physical activity as the catalyst for that inspiration. The clients she gets most excited about are the ones who turn fitness into a long-lasting habit that ends up inspiring the people around them.
Her own training is a combination of running, CrossFit, and Hyrox. She loves helping humans feel durable.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find her running, hiking, kayaking, and going for coffee walks, all with her fiancé, Grant.
Brenna brings her own experience as a competitive athlete into how she treats, so clients build the capacity to keep training for the long-term. She is excited to help you achieve your active goals!
