Steady State Health

Amanda Kaiser, hailing from America’s Dairyland and home of Colby Cheese is an Administrative Assistant at Steady State. Alongside her duties here, she is a registered nurse in the Surgical/Trauma ICU at Maine Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University.
Amanda has been running since sixth grade, originally just trying to keep up with her brother and older cousins. She went on to compete in cross country and track at Winona State, earning multiple all-conference and all-academic honors and traveling to NCAA Regionals and Nationals with her cross-country team. She still runs competitively today and loves being part of the running community while continuing to chase new personal bests.
When she’s not at work or out for a run, you’ll usually find Amanda at the beach with an Italian sandwich & Diet Coke, walking around with a coffee and a pastry, or enjoying a good hot dog. She loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Harvey, and is always looking forward to her next trip and passport stamp.
Amanda has been a Steady State client for close to four years (“long time listener, first time caller”), and joining the team feels like a natural extension of something she’s already deeply connected to. She’s excited to be part of a workplace that truly values running, fitness, and to be surrounded by a team that brings that energy every day. And, of course, it doesn’t hurt that the Steady State crew, especially Farren, made her feel very wanted from the start.
